Digital product refunds

Refunds are not automatic. Eligibility may depend on whether a key was delivered, revealed, or used; whether the listing was defective or unavailable; payment disputes; duplicate purchases; or the wrong plan being selected.

Before purchasing

Check product, platform, plan, validity, and requirements on the product page before you pay.

Refund request

Write realstoresupport@gmail.com with order ID, account email, payment ID (if any), and the reason. Requests are reviewed under this policy and applicable law. There is no promise of a refund in every case.
